Bayou Rum
Regarded as the #1 craft rum in America, Bayou was born in 2011 after three childhood friends realized that Louisiana sugarcane, one of the state’s most abundant crops, had not been used to distill a premium spirit. They soon changed the game and have won over 100 awards for their copper-stilled and bourbon barrel-aged rums. We feature Bayou Silver along with triple sec, orange juice, and pineapple juice in our legendary Big Easy Hurricane. If citrus is your thing, our Satsuma Hurricane includes their orange-infused rum, topped off by a Bayou Select floater. If you’re looking for a little extra kick, our Printer’s Alley Punch is anchored by their Bayou Spiced which takes much of its flavor from a traditional blend of Creole baking spices. Pickers Blueberry Vodka
Named for the countless musicians who call Nashville home, Pickers is Tennessee’s first vodka made in a state-of-the-art column still (one in only four in the entire country). Every batch is distilled eleven times from corn and then filtered four times before being blended with local water. To create their Pickers Blueberry Vodka, they then mix it with real berries, giving it a sweet yet not overpowering finish. Our bartenders combine this with ginger beer and a squeeze of lime to create our Blue Mule - a fresh take on a copper-cupped classic. Enjoy one tonight and then brag to your doctor that you’re adding more fruit to your diet.
Corsair Ryemageddon
Corsair holds the distinction of being the first craft distillery in Nashville after prohibition. Winners of more than 800 medals from national and international spirit competitions, they’re known for both their premium spirits and experimental offerings like quinoa whiskey and barrel-aged gin. To create the Music City Sazerac, our version of a NOLA original, we start with Corsair’s Ryemageddon. This 92 proof spirit made from malted and chocolate ryes is nothing to sneeze at, especially when paired with the sweetness of Pernod, bitters, and lemon. Even though it’s named for the end of days, we suggest you start with it at the beginning of your night!
